The Solution

Top ensure safety against exposure to asbestos, UKAS has accredited over 100 asbestos testing laboratories and surveyors in the UK in accordance with the Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations 2002 (CAW). UKAS has also accredited almost 200 inspection bodies.

The HSE strongly recommends the use of UKAS-accredited surveyors for surveys.
