The United Kingdom Accreditation Service held a series of Forensic Awareness Workshops to raise awareness of the Forensic Regulator’s steer regarding accreditation in the forensic sector.
The workshops were kindly supported by the Regulator, provided Police Forces and commercial forensic providers with an introduction to UKAS, as the Government appointed national accreditation body, an insight into the principles of the Standards, the route to achieving accreditation and an overview of the basic requirements.
