87% were satisfied or very satisfied with UKAS’ overall service over the last year.

98% were satisfied or very satisfied that their annual assessment was conducted well.

97% were satisfied or very satisfied that the application of the accreditation requirements was consistent with the previous year.

91% were satisfied or very satisfied that UKAS personnel were easy to make contact with.

93% were satisfied or very satisfied that UKAS was effective in promoting awareness of accreditation and of the UKAS brand.
