88% were satisfied or very satisfied with UKAS’ overall service over the last year.

25% thought the service had improved last year compared with the previous year; 62% thought there had been no change.

88% were satisfied or very satisfied that UKAS understood their business needs.

96% were satisfied or very satisfied that their assessment visit had been conducted well.

83% of those who had applied for extensions to scope were satisfied or very satisfied that it had been dealt with promptly.

90% were satisfied or very satisfied that UKAS was effective in promoting awareness of accreditation and the UKAS brand.
