Following the launch of the new UKAS website at the end of October we have identified some issues with respect to online applications for accreditation.  As a result some applications have not got through to our applications team.

If you have submitted an application for accreditation since October 2015 and you have not received any communication from UKAS thing this may indicate that we have not received the application.  In these cases please contact our applications team via email to or by calling 020 8917 8400 who should very quickly be able to confirm if the application was received and the current status of the application.
