IQIPS Preparation for Accreditation Workshops
UKAS holds regular one-day workshops designed to help organisations to prepare for assessment. These workshops are aimed at management and personnel of non-accredited physiological diagnostic services/providers who are considering applying for accreditation to the IQIPS standards. It includes practical exercises, covers a variety of topics and, most importantly, it provides a valuable opportunity for you to ask any questions.
What are the benefits?
This workshop provides services/providers with an overview of the concept of accreditation. It covers the key aspects associated with the accreditation process and provides service management and personnel preparing for accreditation and initial assessment with important information.

All workshops run from 09.45 to 16.00.
Places are charged at £295.00+VAT per delegate, which includes workshop materials, refreshments and lunch. Discounts will apply for multiple bookings made at the same time (Second delegate – 5%, Third delegate – 8%, Fourth and subsequent delegates – 10%).
Two places at the workshop are free of charge for services that have registered for the Refundable Package.
To register on a workshop, simply download and complete the Registration Form. Payment can be made by cheque or, if you would prefer to be invoiced, please supply a purchase order number on the form.
Your completed registration form can be submitted to UKAS either by post or email. You will find both addresses on the bottom of the registration form.
