Online Booking Form

To reserve a place on a UKAS training course please complete a booking form for each delegate and submit the form(s) following the submission procedure detailed below.

Please note that the full course fee must be received by UKAS before your reservation can be confirmed.

On submission of the form we will email you with confirmation of  your reservation and the course fee. Discount will be offered for multiple delegates.

  • CHEQUE: If payment is to be made by cheque, please make it payable to United Kingdom Accreditation Service and mark the rear of the cheque with the course name and reference number plus your company name
  • INVOICE: If you wish to be invoiced, select Invoice from the menu below and provide a purchase order number
  • BACS: If you wish to pay utilising the BACS system, please select BACS using the list below and use reference: 40-07-13, HSBC Bank Account 41369687
  • SWITCH/ DELTA: If you wish to use your Delta, Mastercard, Switch, Visa (not AMEX or Diners) Account please select Switch/Delta from the list below and a member of our training team will be in contact shortly after
