UKAS run a number of courses on Certification and Inspection Body standards for Assessors and potential Assessors. These courses are run on demand.
About the courses
Each course will help delegates to understand and apply the relevant standard and the procedures involved. They will also help delegates understand the assessment methodology.
These courses are available at periodic intervals. The tutors are selected from amongst existing Assessment or Accreditation Managers with experience in these standards. A pre-course exercise must be completed prior to the course and feedback is provided during the course.
Who Should attend?
These courses are suitable for those who already have an understanding of one or more of the accreditation standards, including ISO/IEC 17025, and those who wish to extend their knowledge and understanding of the standards applicable to Inspection and Certification bodies, and their application.
