Tools for Quality

Tools for Quality

All laboratories need to make use of quality tools to help demonstrate confidence in the results they are producing. This one day course explores some of the tools available to analysts as well as how to use the information produced by these mechanisms to identify potential problems. It covers guidance on the systematic investigation of any anomalous results and on the mechanisms available to thoroughly record the actions taken when these investigations may cast doubt on the validity of the analysis.

What are the benefits?

This one day course is designed to help delegates understand the importance of using quality tools, familiarise delegates with the tools available, application of the tools and investigating any anomalous results produced.
