UKAS has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our growing Human Resources team. This is a new role for UKAS and would suit someone currently working within a Talent Acquisition function or with a strong track record in agency recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding techniques
- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological tests etc.)
- Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
- Understand internal stakeholder engagement inc. strong rapport-building skills and the ability to deliver relationships across a range of decision-makers
- Working knowledge of UKAS or the wider T.I.C. market would be advantageous
The role will work with stakeholders across the business and you will be an advocate for UKAS externally within the talent market. Duties will include:
- Recruiting and hiring key talent and skills in line with business objectives and resourcing requirements
- Managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns
- Researching talent acquisition trends in the sector and proactively seeking market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in the attraction, assessment, and sourcing of new candidates for technical and non-technical roles
- Managing candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current and future opportunities
- Oversee the sourcing of candidates to ensure roles are hired in line with business priorities and forecasts
- Ensuring inclusion and diversity are at the heart of recruitment practices; ensuring the business builds an engaged workforce with a positive culture that aligns with our values and ethics
This is a full-time role, with the option of hybrid working, based at our head office in Staines-upon-Thames
