UKAS Academy Training Manager

Two exciting opportunities have arisen for UKAS Academy Training Managers to join our commercial training team.

  1. UKAS Academy Training Manager – In the area of ISO 15189
  2. UKAS Academy Training Manager – In the area of ISO/IEC 17025

The key responsibilities of these roles will be to support the commercial team in the delivery of Training and Advisory services.  This will include:

  • Developing, maintaining and delivering internal and commercial training material/courses
  • Reviewing new and developing technical areas to assess their potential for new courses
  • Supporting the management and delivery of sizeable advisory projects
  • Identifying and implementing any identified improvements to current training activities, taking into account current and anticipated UKAS needs
  • Working closely with the eLearning development team on technical content for new online courses

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of UKAS’s purpose and vision along with a strong desire to bring about change and improvement.  They will be experienced in the area of ISO/IEC 17025 or ISO 15189 with a desire to coach, mentor and develop our customers and colleagues alike.

The role is a UK home based position and will involve travel, mainly within the UK, with overnight stays.
