Risk Based Assessment Webinar

UKAS has a strategic objective to introduce a Risk-Based Assessment approach. Internally, we have been running a project to develop this approach and the project has now reached a phase whereby we are ready to pilot the approach, during our assessments.

We plan to pilot the evaluation of risk during 2021 so that assessments from 2022 onwards can be planned, based upon the outcome. Initially, this approach is being piloted in the Asbestos and Medical Laboratories sector.
