Assessor Training - Laboratories (ISO/IEC 17025)

 

Aim: To provide training in the Laboratory Accreditation/Assessment Standards and UKAS methodology
Who should attend: UKAS Assessment Managers, potential UKAS Assessors and senior laboratory staff who will be carrying out internal assessments
Duration: A three-day residential programme
Where: Ascot, Berkshire
Tutors: The tutors are selected from trainers amongst current or immediate past assessment or accreditation managers of the United Kingdom Accreditation Service
Pre-course exercise: As preparation for this course delegates are required to complete a pre-course exercise. A debriefing of this exercise is undertaken on a group basis during the first afternoon of the course

NOTE:  For delegates who attend the Assessor and Lead Assessor courses consecutively a special combined fee of £2220.00 + VAT  is available,  Residential fee includes comprehensive course materials and refreshments. Also included is accommodation for two nights, breakfast and dinner on the two days and lunch on each day of the course.

The combined course fee will increase to £2240.00 + vat from 1 April 2013

The invoice for the training fee is raised on the day of submission of the form. Please ensure the information on your booking form is correct. Especially Accounts Information. If incorrect information is provided on the booking form, or purchase order numbers are not provided at the time of booking causing a re-issue of  the invoice, there will be a charge of £50.00 for each new invoice issued.
