Request to Use the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) Mutual Recognition (MRA) Mark.
Accredited Conformity Assessment Bodies (CABs) that are accredited by an Accreditation Body that is a signatory to the ILAC MRA, such as UKAS, can obtain permission to use the ‘Accredited CAB Combined ILAC MRA Mark’. This is a mark that combines the UKAS accreditation symbol with the ILAC MRA Mark. Rules for the reproduction and use of the Accredited CAB Combined ILAC MRA Mark are specified in ILAC publication ILAC-R7.
All UKAS accredited Laboratories, Inspection Bodies and Proficiency Testing Providers are entitled to use the Combined ILAC MRA Mark provided they have signed the UKAS Accredited CAB Combined ILAC MRA Mark Agreement and use the Mark as prescribed.
If you are a UKAS accredited Laboratory, Inspection Body or Proficiency Testing Provider wishing to use the UKAS Accredited CAB Combined ILAC MRA please:

On receipt of the completed License Agreement, UKAS will sign and date the document then return it to you for your records and make a copy of the ILAC MRA Mark available in electronic format.
