This course aims to provide an awareness of ISO/IEC 17025: 2017. In particular how the business processes of individual laboratories may be informed and enhanced in meeting its requirements. The course focuses from a personal perspective, reflecting primarily on the structure, resource, process, management and general requirements.
What are the benefits?
The course will enable delegates to gain an awareness of ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 and its function as a framework for demonstrating competence and to gain an understanding of conformity – all of which is achieved through a combination of presentations, exercises and discussion.
Please note: Delegates of this course will be required to complete a pre-course exercise prior to attending.
