This Bulletin is to inform Certification Bodies that 2 IAF Informative Documents have been revised and updated: –
- IAF ID 1: 2020 – IAF Informative Document for QMS and EMS Scopes of Accreditation
- IAF ID 4: 2020 – Market Surveillance Visits to Certified Organisations
in both cases the changes are to align the document with ISO/IEC 17011: 2017, ISO/IEC 17021-1: 2015 and the ISO 9000 series in terms of references and language.
There are no technical changes.
CBs are requested to take note of the updated documents and to ensure that references within the CBs management system are up to date.
