Operations Support Manager
Frank is a Building Surveyor by profession and within UKAS has the role of Operations Support Manager. He has been with UKAS for 10 years, originally as an Assessment Manager and latterly responsible for monitoring UKAS assessors to maintain their ongoing authorisations. He also provides occasional emergency cover and conducts internal audits. Prior to joining UKAS he worked as a Quality Manager in an accredited Inspection Body responsible for management, internal audit of the ISO/IEC 17020 management system and technical management of a team of asbestos surveyors. As a UKAS Assessment Manager, Frank conducted assessments largely in the disciplines of asbestos testing and inspection, including as a Technical Assessor. Frank is an avid Watford FC fan and goes to most games.
