UKAS Technical Expert
Steve joined UKAS in 2001 and is the current technical expert for certification activities. He is an expert assessor in ISO/IEC 17065; ISO/IEC 17021-1 including the Aerospace Sector Scheme; and ISO/IEC 17024, and has assessed in various scope areas including defence and aerospace, electrical and electronics; electro mechanical and metal components and assemblies.
Steve has provided training in over 30 countries and he is a representative at various sector specific and international meetings, such the EA Certification Committee, the International Aerospace Quality Group OPMT, and the European Aerospace Quality Group. Steve holds a BSc in Maths and Engineering.
