ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 and its related parts are a series of International Standards or Normative documents relating to conformity assessment requirements for bodies providing audit services and certification of management systems.
Certification Bodies that are accredited to this standard have demonstrated impartiality and competence, to give assurance that certified activity carried out by these organisations can be used with confidence.

Learning outcomes of this course
By the end of this course, delegates will have:
- An understanding of the requirements of the standard, as delivered by practising UKAS lead assessors

Delegates will need access to the ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 Standard, either electronic or hard copy. Standards can be purchased from BSI or ISO.
